@gamerdude42 @Morphin Files are downloading and opening just fine for me. If you have problems please right click on archive and press extract here. It should extract it just fine.
@Mattheoneleft Yes just overwrite the water.ytd I have in there if you want. It's in the same directory as the graphics.ytd. It is as the very bottom.
@Mattheoneleft If you have a graphics.ytd that is already in use navigate to it and open it. Look for the files I have listed and press the big replace button and replace the files with the names I have listed. I hoped that cleared it up a bit. If you need a follow guide please feel free to let me know.
My fps drops to the low 30's with this. Do you have any idea why?
I use the following scripts

It isn't until I install your mod that I drop heavy fps.
Feel free to donate if you like through the link. Any donation is beyond thankful for the work I have put into this mod.
You get a 2k texture and you get a 2k texture.
2k. 2k. 2k.
No but seriously I made textures better and redesigned them from scratch.
@Reclusive Eagle I currently use MVGA as a reshade and enb but I meant as a actual shader for other engines and port them in the rockstar engine which I think isn't even possible.
@Reclusive Eagle I actually have looked into shaders. There are a couple but they are extremely expensive and I would not know how to implement it into the rage engine also. The program I used for the caustics was around $60 itself.
@Reclusive Eagle The way the game renders it makes it look horrible. I tried so many different methods of doing it that this is about the best way I could make it look. The rest though I looked at a book where they show you how to simulate real world oceans. The only downside was that the gta engine doesn't allow for multiple files so I couldn't adjust for deeper water and modify those files as those are implanted in the engine. I tried the best as I could with the bump maps and caustic which looks gorgeous underwater and in pools.
@Reclusive Eagle I felt that I needed to up some things because I was getting back into gta modding lol. Mainly the caustics and sea foam were my main reasons to want to fix and make them better but I also just did some other things and I love how it turned out.
@TrustNo1 I'm so sorry for the late replies but to answer your question. No and yes. At most you'll lose 2 fps but often you don't lose any at all.
