@dtrail There is no option, but feel free to submit a feature request on GitHub!
@DirtSpray Yes it does.
@JohnMcClane sadly no, you can't pay for things that either part of the base game or handled by RagePluginHook.
@JohnFromGWN Absolutely! Let me explain you why the use of sliders for positioning props is flawed:
- Sliders are meant to be used for specific ranges, think of a color picker that only accepts numbers between 0 and 255 for RGB values (this was the original reason for the creation of the sliders)
- You can't use floating point numbers, this might cause rounding problems on calculations (for comparison, the example that I posted allows you to precisely change the first and second decimal places without affecting the rest of the number)
- The number is not shown to the user unless you change it's value, which it can have side effects (on the example you can have the value visible on screen at all times without causing problems)
- IEC 60559:1989 (IEEE 754)
@JohnFromGWN If you can, it doesn't mean you should. Don't use items that are only for integers for the manipulation of floating point numbers unless you know what you are doing (which in the case of the video that you posted, it appears that you do not). Use the example above or a variation of it.
@JohnFromGWN Sliders are only meant to be used for integer values, not floating point numbers. You can go ahead and use something like https://github.com/justalemon/GGOV/blob/master/GGOV/Items/FloatSelectorItem.cs to allow the selection of floating point numbers in a menu.
Good news everyone! Update 1.2 adds a memory patch that will allow ALL of the other mods that use Game.Player.Money to work with PlayerCompanion.
If you find a mod that does not works with PlayerCompanion, feel free to report it in https://github.com/justalemon/PlayerCompanion/issues/5 so I can take a look at it
@p00tp0t Some of the keys in the make section of the JSON are incorrect. There is a limit of 8 characters per make by the game, so all of those over 8 characters will not work. Please check the Meta files of the vehicles to see what is the correct make.
@p00tp0t For now, you need to add them yourself: https://github.com/justalemon/RagePresence/wiki/Adding-Custom-Vehicle-Logos
@Mcboyo Right now, other developers need to explicitly support the PlayerCompanion Wallet, but there is a patch in the works that will allow you to use any mod that you want.
@JohnFromGWN Feel free to join my Discord server if you need more help, as posting code over here would be a mess.
