the lastest version is good. but can you explain more about config file? how to turn off seatbelt fall? and what is Stuttering config do? EnableEjection?

damn u r so good, yah i believe the stutter come belong with other mods. So if anyone use less mod Asi/Scripts, then your mod work perfectly at V1.4!

no matter what, i think it cause some stutter when roaming becuz scan area to all ped npc fight or gunshot. can u check it and let me some text for what i'm worrying.
