1/ Teleporting => Others Teleports => Enable MP Maps = Enabled
2/ Teleporting => Others Teleports => MP Heist 4 Teleports (Enable MP Maps Option) => Cayo Perico together with LOS SANTOS => Enabled
Et voilà ! Cayo Perico appear in South East now in map
