@Master_Findus hi, you can't add a new one but you can modify any of the existing dealers. Check the scripts/AutoDealersData folder - there you'll find an XML file for each dealer, all you have to do is modify the spawn coordinates and the dealer's location

@loko1522 hi, you can use any of persistant vehicle mods to save your vehicles, there are lot of such mods here on gta5-mods
