This is not ideal, but much better then yours strange low quality texture.
Strange plastic normal_map, carbon replace looks better i done.
Other details is normal. Good wheels.
Carbon color with green color channel. Resave with b\w. Please.

@Scrapper13, Yes. Random oppacity when spawns car so this can be not visible sometimes.
After i added transparent texture "vehicle_genericmud_car.dds" to ytd problem was solved.
