@mateussantic The Monstrociti is not one I added, but you are able to. I've left some instructions in the description. I will most likely go through and refine the whole list once we get new cars in the upcoming DLC
@BraveBator I believe this to be a issue with the game itself. Various others have noticed it even on vanilla GTA where the game prioritises a car to spawn. Have a look at the "GTA Effect". Thank you for your feedback though, much appreciated
@Michael21107 I apologise for the confusion. The persistance is not bundled in my mod, but a mod I've linked in the description. I've updated the wording in the description.
@Mafia2GTA5 I don't think it's too complicated. Most people who mod GTA have OpenIV installed, if not it's a simple process to install it. This is just a drag and drop procedure. Navigate to the folder location in the description and readme file, and just overwrite the popgroups.ymt that already exists. I will consider making an .oiv installer which is even simpler to use if it has enough requests
@Daddynnoob I've added two files to the zip. One contains the config for no police, one contains the config to include police. It's currently awaiting approval
The path for the file to add the bulletproof windows is leading to weapons.meta. I've searched through this, however, there is nothing in here that links to the damage bullets do to windows. I also searched for "glass" and nothing came back in the results. Apart from this, a good mod.
Love to see a lspd version of this vehicle

@HVY APC I just downloaded the mod and opened the popgroups.ymt from the zip file using notepad++. It's a 192kb file and not blank for me
@DonDonny Thank you, I really appreciate your feedback!
