@ReaperVC Oh trust, me, I really did want to get rid of it too :) but the radio in Franklin's home isn't a prop that's deletable by Map Editor. If I find a way of getting rid of it, I'll put up the mod.
@beazelweasel No, that's part of the happiness stat which is in an encrypted ymt file (meta file that's encrypted). People have been getting around ymts by finding unencrypted meta files in xbox versions and overriding ymts with it. I might try to do that in the future but don't hold your breath. :)
