Thanks for this. I'm guessing you left blackout set to true? Anyway, this just saves me the time of editing it myself everytime I have to reinstall / format (PC issues.)
I see no issue with it as an upload as the original creator is included as a creator and in the description.
@RYAN I attempted to recreate your issue but was not successful (not using any skydome replacement) -- Wish I could help out more. Neutral is one weather that sometimes looks funky, tbh...

Haha, this just needs a sound mod to go along with the model!
@epidemick92 It improves FPS without ENB
@Oscar5168 The ENB helps with color adjustments for the various times of day and night, but it isn't required for the rest of the mod to work.
