The Obey 9F was one of the most well known car in Grand Theft Auto. Infact it was my first ever car purchase, which was after the 2nd heist in story mode. Now that I have got my hands on menyoos mod, I got to finally create the versions of the 9F that I had imagined...
Mods Required:

Installation:
Put the three xml files in gtav\menyoostuff\vehicle
The three cars are:
Obey 9F DRAG | 0-60 in 2.1 Seconds and Big functional wheels
Obey 9F GT3 | Converted to a GT3 race car and race handling
Obey 9F RallyFighter | Superfast rally car with offroad tires

Whats the point of menyoo cars ? Dude just get Zmodler 3 and do stuff right
@paulmiskit I enjoy making menyoo cars, its fun to use existing objects. It's all just proof of concept anyway
I agree with @paulmiskit. You should use Zmodeler 3, especially if you want to make the cars look perfect. I give you props for the effort but some of this stuff doesn't even look right on the car. The rear tires and wheels on the red car look like they aren't even the same color or the same shaders and you can see the bottom of the 4x4 bars sticking through the doors on the green one.
