Sure thing man. About he city being clear, I don't know. I use "Make visuals great again", it is only available if lcpdfr.com I don't know the time or anything, I just set it to random. And if it matters, when I took the screenshots, I had the "no water" mod, so it looks weird. @House Rushton
@House Rushton Edit* I also have a GTX 1070 on max graphics settings so if that helps...
