Yes, that's what user DLC are for.
If you mean your add-on vehicles aren't in the correct category, that needs to be changed in the vehicles.meta file of the package.

For the crashing - please try the same mission *but turn off patching*. This can be done in the advanced submenu. Please tell me the result if you've done the test & what version (Enhanced/Legacy) you're on.

Does the game crash to desktop, or does the "SCRIPT HOOK V ERROR" window pop up with VStancer.asi in it?
What version of the game are you running?

The configs need RPM values:

Under [Data]:
IdleRPM = something
RevLimitRPM = something

Otherwise it only knows relative RPM but no absolute values which are required to calculate power.

Works fine here.

The front/rear height adjustment not settling the car is a known issue, just hit the throttle for a moment. Will be updated to happen automatically like before, accidentally removed that code.

Front/rear size being coupled has been like that forever, I've yet to figure out how to decouple these.
