3.1 works flawlessly on latest game 1.0.1158 EE. LoLly mod!
Tried this mod after latest update of the game (my regular mod folder crashed the game) and... it's magic!!!! It works like a charm! ♥ ♥ ♥

Props and peds are loading, but peds are not alive - they just keep standing without following scenarios. :*

Which lights are animated? I haven't noticed any...
@TheF3nt0n, One more suggestion for next mod. Please check Dubsta. As an upgrade it may have light bar above the windshield. But it doesn't glow. :(
@TheF3nt0n Awesome! Is it possible to turn on spotlights as high beam lights? Same as on Trevor's Bodhi.
