there will be guards at Galileo Observatory.

You will need map editor you will get it here: https://sv.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor

1. Added more guards.
2. Added some more cars.
3. Fixed the guy patrolling at the entrance.

if you want me to improve anything then tell me in the comments

just put the file in your gta 5 root folder and then load it up with the map editor.
