This is my first mod, so I understand if you dislike it. I made it because there are hardly any houses in that area....
You need: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
and OPENIV
OPEN OPENIV PLACE THE FILE IN THE FOLLOWING PATH: GTAV/MODS/UPDATE/X64/DLCPACKS/CUSTOM-MAPS/DLC.RPF/X64/LEVELS/GTA5/-CITYE/MAPS/CUSTOM-MAPS.RPF AND DROP
