@bmw740il That's just the error that OpenIV shows because it can't open the file, nothing to do with the game and no, the file can go in the update.rpf without the need of also copying the x64a.rpf
@CitiZeN030@OdinPagan The game has a bunch of bugs/issues related to map collisions (wrong type, scale, material, not present at all, drawables (wrong textures, UV map, shaders) and other things (such as placements, shadow less objects, etc).
The mod fixes these issuses

It removes the collision of the "opening soon" banner while keeping the modified collisions of the small ponds/lakes in the middle of the race track.
No, there's no conflict with that mod since it only adds a new ymap for the neons
Yes, you can use a trainer (such as Simple Trainer, Menyoo, Rampage) to enable it
@JoyLucien The first one removes the scenario point of a deer drinking water at the lake near Fort Zancudo and the second one removes the scenario point of an NPC with a fishing rod at the Mirror Park lake
@Michael317 Make sure you also have the "mpmapfixes2" dlc pack installed and test again (without NVE)
@BC9205 If you don't play with the MP map enabled then you can skip the installation of the files in the "MP Map Collisions Fixes" folder. The rest is recommended (obviously) but not necessary

@Michael317 For the Maze Bank West, go to "mpmapfixes\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_cityw\santamon_01\santamon_metadata.rpf" and see if deleting "hei_sm_15.ymap" and "hei_sm_lod.ymap" works.
