As for crashing even without the mod, it could be caused by two extra drawable defined in a meta file (which the game can't find because the DLC isn't loaded).
To uninstall the other files, load the "Data Files" package with the OIV package installer again and use the option to uninstall from the backup

@chrislourenco92 No, each mod has it's own specific files and they all need to be installed (in this order, from first to last): Map Fixes > Map Updates > Beta Map Restoration
If you also plan on installing the improved grass dithering and restored sculpture as well, these can be done after the ones mentioned above
