Simple mansion remake. Added more items, improved pool, Added lights outside(looks nice at night) improved backyard

@empireenojuss I Approved it, but removed the installation requirement for the lua plugin, as this is really just a Map Editor map only.
Also, can you please add larger pictures? And a few more.
