    @alice4141 "Thank you for this, now I can skip the update checks and enjoys single player mods. :)"

    I don't see how. STEAM will do the update checks in your absence, not on launching the game. Also, STEAM has the annoying habit of invalidating your install when you try and run the game exe directly.

    @ImNotMentaL Something like:

    Dim CarID As Integer = 1037
    Dim Mask As Integer = 255
    Dim TrueID As Integer
    TrueID = (CarID And Mask)

    @ImNotMentaL "i don't know that, this only search for duplication. what is 8-bit variable?"

    Sometimes you see a car ID like 1037. A car ID, however, is (hard-coded) defined as an 8-bit value only, aka a byte; so, ranging from 0-255 max. So, a car id of 1037, in this example, will only retain its lowest 8 bits. In this case it would produce the number 13. You can obtain this number by masking off anything higher than 8 bit; which means, you apply a mask of 0xFF (255, or 11111111 binary) to every number. That way, when ppl think 13 is still free (to stay with the example), it might in fact not be, when there's a car ID with number 1037 (= 13). So, masking off numbers in your program higher than 255 would make it a lot easier to see what car ID's truly are still available for use.

    @jerkit Don't create a separate DLC for each and every car; instead, consolidate like 20-25 or so inside 1 single custom-rolled DLC. If not, your game will start to crash very soon.

    @se7enmoon Is it perhaps possible to up the suspension of the rear wheels a bit?

    https://1drv.ms/i/s!AhSxhQ9g_mrMiD8Nd8MBxw1OICK1

    As you can see, aft wheels are dangerously close to the fender, and cause clipping. Front wheels are set (appropriately) higher.

    @AlexJef It would appear the same clipping which occurs in Apt 3, happens in Apt 18 too. Go to the vestibule (enter/exit door), and you'll see the outside clipping thru the interior hall as well (and partly thru the door as well).

    Too bad. :( Seems both apartments are unusable, after all. :(

    @Cyron43 "Hi and thank you very much for this. One question though: This new apt doe not show in the SPA garage menu even though I have parked some vehicles there. Are you planning to integrate this?"

    I just did this myself, and, as expected, it was pretty easy. :) It's now fully integrated for me, into SPA, and I can use and interchange with the other SPA garages. Since Apt 3 is actually broken, I just kept Apt 18.

    @ImNotMentaL It would appear apartment 3 is broken:

    https://1drv.ms/i/s!AhSxhQ9g_mrMiEG_EU10c7O1-Ifb

    A huge portion of the outside railing is clipping thru the wall. That might be one reason it was cut: it simply doesn't fit. :)

    @Cyron43

    1. There are no impediments, legal, moral, or otherwise. to just add stuff to SPA, and recompile it for yourself. (Distributing is another matter, of course).

    2. Me? I'm lazy. :) If I'm going to integrate it (for myself), it would probably be 'quick & dirty'; aka, not feeling like making the entire thing modular.

    @Cyron43 It's not integrated into SPA (hence you cannot transfer between SPA garages); but it would seem he included the src; if it's VB too (have yet to install it), adding it to SPA ourselves should be trivial.
