MLO Rooftop Eclipse Tower
Here is my new rooftop. The apartment is located on the 27th floor of the Eclipse Tower.
It has an incredible view of Los Santos. Everything is custom made.
The interior in mlo offers you a brilliant light, day or night.
This is a fully detail MLO. currently, it is my most successful project.

Requirements:
Script Hook V.
Menyoo. (marker and vehicle)
OpenIV.
Rooftop Apartment script. (first install my mod and then the script)
Installation:
1. Place the "ROOFTOP.xml"file your:
Grand Theft Auto V / menyooStuff / Spooner
2. Place the file "rooftop" and "garage" in
Grand Theft Auto V / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
3. go to. --> mods / update / update.rpf / common/data open dlclist.xml and add the line dlcpacks:
dlcpacks:/rooftop/
dlcpacks:/garage/
4. Install Rooftop Apartment script.
5. in game, open menyoo > object spooner > manage saved files > "ROOFTOP" .XML > load placements

Update:
1.1
- reflection problems in the apartment. a player cannot watch two mirror "gates" at the same time. that's why I removed the "mirror_sol" in the bedroom. this deletion hurts my heart, (I love reflections) but there is no other solution.
- the sofa is to settle!
- I lowered the level of the bathtub
- I modified the "eclips tower" in order to solve the water problem.
- For televisions, they are now in YMAP, I also included a speaker model in the living room.

FYI, I made the support script for this build, at: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/rooftopapartment
It does TV & Radio, but primarily eliminates the water problem (without having to give up the swimmable water).
how to autoload with the game? when I leave the garage it doesn’t teleport to the street but to a patio with another garage door that doesn’t open
Does all the pool work like real water ?
how do i fix the garage door that does not open? it allows me to enter garage from inside the house but wont let me enter from outside

Very nice MLO, but sadly has a big texture problem. All walls of the house are flickering and show weird textures. A fix would be so nice because this MLO is great for roleplay purposes.
@Gidoxy Your job is too nice, buddy, but i think you've sinned in a thing.
There's too little shadow in interior.
You've released the version 1.0, and then, you've updated it for more two times, but all you've improved on your job, was put working TV.s on board of the penthouse, and only.
The interior's shading system did need be improved too, buddy!
I tell you as na example, the malibu mansio, and the venesse beach house, developed by a modder that created these mansions with a truely working interior, but with shadow within.
The Eclipse Tower Rooftop Penthous is na amazing job ever built for the game, but with too few shadow within it's interior.
I tell you "too little shadow, Because when i turn the blackout function on, i see that the shadow level within the interior, is too low.
So, buddy, all that i'd like to see on next updates, is a more alive shadows within Eclipse Tower Rooftop Penthouse!

Awesome build! Would you mind uploading a FiveM ready file?
This is really well done, but unfortunately this is not FiveM ready. FiveM only allows assets under 16MB to be streamed, and unfortunately your app_txd.ytd exceeds that limit which causes flickering textures on the exterior of the apartment. Would love a fivem ready version!

@based_matt open the YTD and with paint.net lower the resolution of some textures or convert them to a lower pixel quality

I think its not working with the news FiveM Version, the walls changing their textures sadly

when i load it it says it loaded but when i got to the arrow to get tped to it its not there but the heli and the garage and exit arrows are there but not the building its self
