Overgrown Theatre

How to install:
1. You need Map Editor to load this file
2. Open Theatre Map Editor.RAR
3. Open theatre map editor file
4. Move theatre1.xml in to your GTA 5 directory
5. Press F7 and choose "Load map"
6. Type "theatre1" to "xml" or select "File chooser" and search for theatre1.xml

added police and utility cars
