This mod returns the Old-Gen Palm Trees model from the Xbox 360 & PS3 versions. I converted some textures and models from the PS3 Version to PC.

Instruction:
-Open, OpenIV
-Turn on Edit Mode
-Go to "х64i / levels / gta5 / props / vegetation."
-And replace "v_fanpalm.rpf", "v_palm.rpf" archives
Launch the game and enjoy!
I'm not very good at exporting old textures and models from previous-generation versions of GTA 5. This is why the palm trees don't look as similar as they do in the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions.

1.1: Made the texture of the palm tree leaf darker to make it more similar to the texture in the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions
