@brendan62 Thanks for explaining that! I understand now. I'll look into the `ig_amandatownley_p` folder structure and separate the prop files from the main AddonPeds package. I appreciate you taking the time to help me get the SP version set up correctly!
@brendan62 Thanks for the heads-up! I've already renamed the files and uploaded the updated SP version, which has been approved by the admin. I noticed the remaining `p^p_` files you mentioned. Just to clarify, are these files supposed to be renamed to `p_eyes_000`, `p_eyes_diff_000_a`, `p_head_000`, and `p_head_diff_000_a` and placed in a separate `Raven67_p` folder? If that folder isn't compatible with AddonPeds, what's the recommended way to handle these files? Appreciate the help!
@yhbk86 thanks man
@brendan62 already update it now you check the files and description
@raff976 ya its
@ALEXSYS thanks
@LyveBill2018 try this,
1. You have one folder, called Raven, with all the ytd and ydd (texures/drawables)
2. The other 2 files, ymt and yft are outside the folder (meta/fragment)
3. Now you need another folder, called Raven_p. This one will have the 2 prop ydd and 2 prop ytd (cap/glasses)
4. Finally, in your peds.meta you need to reference the prop folder like this:
<PropsName>Raven_p</PropsName>
The peds.meta will would look something like this. It is based on the same structure as the vanilla peds.ymt.
<Item><Name>Raven</Name>
<PropsName>Raven_p</PropsName>
<ClipDictionaryName>move_f@multiplayer</ClipDictionaryName>
etc.
The other option is I can prepare a tutorial on how to create dlc.rpf with a single or multiple peds.
P.S. You can name it Raven or whatever you want as long as you are consistent throughout.
One final note, because the SP, as you pointed out in your pinned post, is based on a FiveM file structure, you can use bulk renaming tools to quickly rename the file.
Both tools are free:
I use this one: https://www.bulkrenameutility.co.uk/
You can also use powertoys from Microsoft: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/powerrename
@NullVoid no, this not AI face
@LyveBill2018 Step1. Create a new folder in windows or Open 4 and put it with your dlcpacks as you would a car or MLO. In our example call it Raven.
Step 2. - From Open 4, navigate to Raven Folder. Now right click and select New RPF archive. Name it dlc.rpf.
Step 3 - From dlc.rpf, right click and select New RPF achive and this time name it ped.rpf
Step 4. From ped.rpf, create a regular folder called Raven. In this folder put all the files from this download except the 4 files that start with p_
Step 5. From ped.rpf create a second regular folder called Raven_p. In this folder put the 4 files that start with p_
Step 6. Go back to dlc.rpf. Here you will need to create 3 text files.
- peds.meta
- content.xml
-setup2.xml
You can use any addon as a template to create content.xml and setup2.xml
You can use peds.ymt, select a female streaming ped to create peds.meta
When finished you will have Raven Folder, containing dlc.rpf which contains the 3 text files and ped.rpf
In ped.rpf you will have Raven and Raven_p folders
The last step is adding Raven to your dlclist.xml. You will spawn it with Raven.
If you need the files:
