EyeCandy is a little texture mod (so far)
that will give you options to changing all 3 protagonists eye colours...so far only Franklin has been done and has 4 natural eye colours.
~Franklin
-Green
-Blue
-Light Blue
-Grey
-Brown (original , its the backup file in case something goes wrong)

You need OpenIV.
[Instructions]
Extract content from "EyeCandy.zip" to any folder
Open up your OpenIV
Go to x64v.rpf > models > cdimages > streamedpeds_players.rpf > player_one
Now type in Search box in top right of Open IV
"teef"
2 Files should show up , go into Edit Mode and replace the "teef_diff_000_a_uni.ytd" file
Choose one of the files from the folders you had extracted before.

Feel free to suggest me more pupil or general eye colours that you want and I will make them and add them to my v2
