This is a modified version of HeapAdjuster that works on GTA5 Legacy and Enhanced.
Its source code is hosted on GitHub (Changelog).

To install, simply drag HeapAdjuster.asi and HeapAdjuster.ini into your game directory.

If you use other mods that modify the Heap size (for example NVE), rename HeapAdjuster.asi to something like ZHeapAdjuster.asi so that it gets loaded last by asiloader (asiloader loads ASIs in an alphabetical order, so depending on your other mods, choose a name that would get loaded last).

@Enzo95 May I ask you which version of the NVIDIA driver you currently have? So the latest version now works with this tool?
So, I tried this one, and tried Pack File, with the latest NVIDIA driver. It works very well! It really is one of the best. And I have no problems, everything was just loaded perfectly and it works!
what a good value if i have like 80 odd mlos
I tried to roll back the driver to 581.08. Now heapadjuster is working and the game is starting. It's just a mystery.
@Anatoly894 yeah that's definitely a mystery 😅 not sure why a driver version would interfere with it. I've always been updating my drivers and never had an issue (currently on 595.97)
@Punkman85 you'd need to experiment yourself. It always depends on what mods you're running.
would it really be necessary to have two heapadjusters? because i have nve, and like you stated, it comes with a heapadjuster already.
@witherexe not really. Unless you want to override the value nve sets. In that case, rename this heapadjuster so that it's loaded after nve (asi loaders sort them by alphabetical order)

Hey look man, do you know why.
Why after i install sum dreads mod for frank, x64v on mods folder, i cannot switching to another char do you know why? It can be switch but after -+1-3 mints the game closed to dekstop without any report, is this just colliding mods or what,..
Btw this the first time i installing mod to player.

Hey @Chiheb-Bacha im running 5real/LA Revo, QuantV, parts of NB Design, Livley World Expansion, Forests of San Andreas Ultimate & map expansions Liberty city Preservation, San Fierro Las Venturas, Vice Cry Remastered, game was running great on the 5real game config with there heap adjuster defaulted to 10k but after adding vice city I get out of memory errors, does your heap adjuster do things differently from others? The other ones are so old just curious if this is updated code or somthin, thanks
@haloplayer69 not really, it does the same thing. It just works on both Legacy and Enhanced

@CyJJ it's honestly best for you to test different values until you get something stable. The default I set is almost double what the game reserves, so it should be good enough, but you can increase it a bit more if it's not enough for the mods you use
