Requirements (Dependencies)
Installation
- Ensure you have all the dependencies linked above installed.
- Drag and drop the UberDriverRevamped folder and the UberDriverRevamped.dll file into your scripts folder.
- Launch the game!

Configuration & Customization
- Settings Directory: When you run the mod for the first time, it will automatically generate a new configuration file at scripts/UberDriverRevamped/. Every setting in this file can be modified in-game, in real-time utilizing the mod's configuration menus.
- Default Menu Key: The default menu key is F7. You can change this via the in-game configuration menu or by editing the configuration file.
- Legacy Support (Upgrading): If you are upgrading from an alpha version of the mod, leave your old UberDriver.ini file in the scripts folder on your first launch! The new mod will automatically detect it, read your previous preferences, and seamlessly migrate them over to the new configuration format.
- Custom Destinations (.xml file): Looking to add your own pickup or dropoff locations? You can easily do so using the in-game 'Developer' menu to save your exact coordinates directly! Alternatively, you can edit scripts/UberDriverRevamped/Destinations.xml.
What's New in the Expansion? (Current Features)
- Tiered Progression System: Your performance builds your rank! Maintain your Star Rating and level up to unlock higher-tier services like Comfort, XL, Black, and UberPool.
- Dynamic Passenger Personalities: Every rider behaves differently! Keep business professionals comfortable, deal with aggressive risk-seekers who want you to speed, and watch out for drunk partygoers!
- Deep Customization Options: You can completely customize the UI! Use the visual settings menu to move the Ride HUD, Prompts, and Summaries anywhere on the screen! Change penalty sensitivities and adjust your chance to get super far rides!
- User-Friendly Destination Creator: Use the in-game developer menu to save custom pickup and drop-off coordinates exactly where you are standing without ever opening an XML file.
- Realistic Fares & Metrics: Payouts and ratings heavily reflect your performance. Smooth acceleration, gentle braking, and strict collision avoidance are rewarded, while reckless driving is penalized based on the rider's personality.
- Dynamic Surge Pricing: Keep your eyes on the minimap for large red circles/zones! These represent high-demand areas. Picking up passengers here applies a huge multiplier to your final fare.

- Interactive Dialogue: Adding a dynamic text-based dialogue system for varied small talk based on the passenger's randomized personality.

2. Dynamic Pedestrian Interaction
Further improvements to the AI pathing logic, group spawning, and handling traffic blocks when waiting.
3. Vehicle Control System
- Climate & Comfort: Toggle air conditioning, heating, and window preferences based on passenger requests to earn better tips.
- Immersive Feedback: While keeping it streamlined and user-friendly, this system will feature immersive auditory and visual cues like AC hums and window animations to enhance the roleplay experience.

The Rewrite Update is out with support for both Legacy and Enhanced! Take a look at the mod description and README file to see what's new, what's changed, and what's coming. Thanks to everybody who has continuously supported this mod over the years and am looking forward to making more updates in the future!
@ChillestDev can you add the option to choose:
only carry 1 passenger or carry more than 3 passengers?
when choosing more than 3 passengers it gives more randomness for example can carry from 1-3 household passengers depending on random feature
Hey, for me the notification of ride not appear
Installed mod, LemonUI and Nightly 115 version of SHVDN3, Mod runs and notificiation sound plays, however ride UI notification doesn't pop up before accepting the ride. UI notifications do run after ride but not before.
After many broken promises, I've finally returned to this mod. After 3 rewrite attempts, I've finally started developing a version I'm happy with. Stay tuned in the next month. Including all of the mods previous features but improved upon, and done better, as well as, old features that were scrapped, and new features you've never seen before!

Different ride classes (UberX, UberPool, Black, Comfort), passenger personalities, and driver unlocks is almost finished!
Just pushed an update, drunk probability was accidentally set 40x instead of 1x. If you downloaded 2.0.0, this can be fixed manually in Configuration > Rides & Behaviour > Drunk Prob Mod

@ChillestDev sadly it stopped working. It says this: [17:10:42] [ERROR] Failed to load script assembly UberDriverRevamped.dll when searching for script types because there is an assembly that the script tried to load as a dependency but couldn't. Exception message: Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information.
First LoaderException message (which tells what assembly is missing): System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'ScriptHookVDotNet3, Version=3.9.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
File name: 'ScriptHookVDotNet3, Version=3.9.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null
@SelfRayRayBusiness error message looks like it couldnt detect scripthookvdotnet3.dll in your base game folder, make sure you have ScriptHookVDotNet3.dll in there and it should clear that up
@ChillestDev I have it tho. And I updated SHVDotnet nightly. Playing on legacy btw since in the requirements it says enhanced for the dot net
@SelfRayRayBusiness ScriptHookVDotNetEnhanced should work for both legacy and enhanced despite the misleading name, since the mod isn't built on nightly that's likely why it's not working for you!

Also it'd be better if the peds used random components from vanilla instead of default ones since it'd be fun
