@siegebreakeriii There's actually a mod for that called "Enhanced Helicopter Sounds." However, this mod will VERY likely crash your game and force you to delete your mods folder. I wanted to remake it, but I'm not too sure.

Would it be possible the camera and fov lower when crouching?
