GTA Extractor is a simple tool to allow
drag and drop or command line
extraction of file formats.
This tool is designed to save time when you need
to simply inspect an RPF or extract XML without
starting CodeWalker or OpenIV.
Using the command line allows RPF editing and
file conversion in batch processes or from
external sources such as Python.
Features:
➯ Simple drag and drop with no UI
➯ Command line support for quick conversions
➯ Uses the CodeWalker API, so file conversion is identical
➯ Built-in name tables, so no scanning is required for hash conversions

● To convert back, drag the XML files or folders
