Handling Controller
This mod is intended to allow the user to be able to control the handling data stored in RAM while GTA V is running.
Tips and Info
Only change values in very small increments until you are confident with how changing each value affects the game. A good resource for determining what each flag changes can be found here, but do not pay attention to the values mentioned, as they are not completely accurate. Base all your changes off of the handling data that populates the text boxes when you press "Get Current Car Handling".
Features and bugs
Currently, you can edit all normal car handling flags aside from the 'InitialDriveGears' (which controls that amount of gears the car has) and 'InitialDriveMaxFlatVel' (they're hard-coded as far as I can tell.)
Do not attempt to inject without all the input boxes being populated. This will prevent all flags after the missing one to not inject.
The wheels must be on the ground for a period of time for the handling to update (this is a GTA issue, and cannot be fixed mod side.). Because of this if you go overboard and break a car, you most likely will have to restart your game unless you get lucky.
You can save and open preset handling configurations by going to File > Open or File > Save.
Installation instructions

Version 1.5 has been released and now allows you to create and use presets. Have fun everyone!
Hi! So i've been running issues when using this mod on RageMP, sometimes it works perfectly but other times as soon as I connect to a server is crashes the game. What is a work around to this? Odd thing is your drift mod worls perfectly and doesnt cause me to crash but the Handling controller causes me to crash for some odd reason, if anything could you show me a way I could edit the drift mod and set a handling line to one of the presets? Thanks in advance!
is there a way you can use it with an usb stick to use it
on Console?
This has the stacking bug just like drift mod. Any way around this other than restarting?

@Jaw There is not. It's a bug that exists due to the nature of injection mods, there is no fixing it unfortunetly.
Extremely useful tool!
As of Feb 27th, 2021, seems to be working flawlessly.
I love tinkering with the handling to get my favorite cars/bikes to handle "just right," so this tool will save me a ton of time.
(It'd be cool to see an "Export" function, but it's easy enough to just copy the adjustments into my handling.meta manually.)
So glad I found this.

@pluto___ if you're using vstancer you must make sure you don't have a preset applied until you're satisfied with the control settings.
Hey peeps, I'm working on the new update, I have the steam version working now, just have to fix up the Social Club and Epic Games versions. Hopefully, the update will be out in the next day or two. Thanks for your patience.

@XXXXXXXXXXX it is backwards compatible, you just have to select the previous version on the drop down menu when you first start GTA.
the speed setting works completely, but there is one big problem! When, for example, I go into a house and leave it, sitting in a car configured with this program, it does not travel more than 15 km / h, help me with this problem please

How do I know what version to use 1.2, 3,4, 5... and how do I inject it to fiveM?
@Jabneo_re it does not work with fiveM, however as long as your GTA is up to date you should always be using the most recent version (currently 1.5)
