@BooRoK No no. WOV strictly keeps the vehicles to the areas they belong to. You probably overwritten them with other mod. Maybe vanilla works? The other question, you can do that through the popgroups.

@Disaire fps is dependent on settings and options used. wov uses more ram. if the game uses all your ram it will cause stutter. Make a backup of your mods folder if youd like to try out WOV.
@electricgamers change your settings & multipliers or use the game save provided. Its all in the readme txt file.
@slashblaster sorry the taxi model doesnt support multiple ads. the model itself would have to be changed.

After a year and a half. Hundreds of hours of work. Im left frustrated. Frustrated at the limited functions and the physics themselves. It is time to let Vehicle Handling V be and say this is the final version.
If R* doesnt change anything. Vehicle Handling V will carry on working, regardless of game updates.

@macmoosie Vanilla works uses a highly modified gameconfig, so adding LS traffic on top. The game cant handle it.
@macmoosie Where on the map did you crash? or did it crash while loading?
