Yeah something is going on. I' finally broke down and installed this into a clean mods folder, downloaded and installed the updated dlclist and gamecofig, and it simply will not work. Crashes during loading. I tried using the 'infinite addons' gameconfig, and it managed to work for about 30 seconds before ultimately crashing again. It's one of those hair pullers because clearly it's working for others. Worked great before the last Rockstar patch by the way.
I haven't tried to replace any vehicles on this new patch build, but I'd bet my paycheck that working within the existing structure still works just fine.
I had problems with anything that added an extra dlc.rpf. I don't add vehicles so for me it was Realism Dispatch Enhanced and/or EUP. Both added dlc folders and even with custom gameconfig, and an updated dlclist my game would continue to crash within minutes of starting. Both ScriptHook, and RageHook work perfectly fine. Nothing changed from my previous setup so I'm beginning to wonder if RockStar isn't using a different method to enforce their dlc limit. I wouldn't put it past those cucks.
How far out does the game forecast it's weather? It would be cool to be able to throw up a 5 day forecast or something. Great mod by the way. Right on track.
Is there a way to unbind the Dpad Right button on the controller? I'd like to keep it more deliberate. As an LSPDFR user every time I step out of my patrol car and interact with a suspect I end up saving, locking, unlocking etc. I see the option for keyboard binding but nothing for the controller.

@Eddlm Not necessarily but just a thought. I'm not implying any inadequacies with your mod. Just curious about the process.
