does this still work? i think i did it correctly, but its not working? Extracted SQLite.Interop.dll and System.Data.SQLite.dll to main games folder.
then clicked on plugins to open it in the download file, then opened LSPDFR, then moved PoliceLifeS.dll AND PoliceLifeS (folder file), to my main games folder. does nothing go in the scripts folder??
followed the video on installation and this isnt working for me? I Have tried all buttons on keyboard to see if there is an activation thing, but no such luck. what else could i try?

wasnt working previously, but after installing OpenIV it is now working (but OpenIV isnt in requirements?)

says it needs NET Framework 4.8+ under requirements, do you have a download link? so i know i am not downloading something different lol.
