Okay changed my rating to much higher than 1 star due to fixing the performance issues on both the setup and actual physical program. I still will rate it 3 1/2 star b/c I really do want to be able to install this program anywhere I want to and not in the designated AppData folder.
It's very uneasy for me to have a program running solely from Appdata folder and usually requires admin privilages sometimes. Appdata folder by default is a hidden folder location as well which is known for Bitcoin miners getting installed in that location. So please give us the ability to install in any other location please.
Okay figured it out. If you don't run this program as Administrator it goes piss slow. This needs to be fixed asap. Shouldn't have this issue. If it was installed in a regular directory and not in freaking appdata it shouldn't be an issue. What happened to the old version that I could install in Downloads folder or in any other folder.
I will rate this as 1 star until this issue is fixed and I can install in the location I want. As of right now the program literally locks up and freezes b/c it's located in Appdata folder and your not allowed to install it in any other location. Until this is fixed and allowed I will keep this at 1 star no matter how necessary this mod is.
@Think_Tank You do realize H2Awesome was banned right? Also this mod doesn't use any of his files anymore. Period. They were all removed. 0.9 is brand new and from scratch with Crystal Realism by Quentin's mod.
@mkeezay30 Uhm I have 3 of those pics if you need them :) lol. But damn sorry about your HDD's. That sucks and I had my MBR totally messed up too. Had to use CMD in Boot up on USB to fix it. Not fun at all.
Btw what is your Skype? I am on Skype and friends with Mkeezy. Even helped in figuring out the bloom fix that I am not quite sure if it has been uploaded yet. At least the one I have is a file that was done by Quentin who figured out the tonemapping was the issue. That pretty much fixed all the bloom / white glow issues in my game. Mkeezy had given me the file right before his MBR got corrupted. Don't know if I should upload it or not. It's Quentin's fix actually.
@Alweul OH Damn his MBR got corrupted? That sucks bad and I have run into that issue myself. Resulted in entirely reformatting my HDD and I think I did it partially wrong. I have a 3TB Seagate Barricuda HDD 7200RPM and it's still working decently. Though I never setup GPD partitioning so I am stuck with MBR style partitions.
I have done many things to fix MBR corruption but it's not easy at all man. Had to use CMD on Win10 Boot USB to fix it.
@Wolfx101 LOL I took a long break from GTAV Modding. But I have always been in contact with Mkeezy and some other modders. Even tested a few things.
I have Witcher 3 and all DLC's or will when Blood and Wine comes out. Though it still randomly crashes on me in certain areas or certain transitions of areas. I can't seem to figure out why. But usually it runs fine for me. :).
Might want to do without the weapons script for now guys and from what I read from comments it seems they are having issues and glitches. Problem is I haven't seen Mkeezy on Skype in a while and I only assume he still is trying to get GTA V / Windows 10 install done correctly. Since he hasn't been online at all for past couple of days.

The one cheat I tried was to change Stats on Michael, Franklin, and Trevor but they don't change. They revert back immediately.

I dont even install my games in Program files ;). I actually have my steam directory in C:\Games Directory.
