@Bigsossa make sure you have all three file in scripts i made same mistake only added the .dll and .pdb file look inside the SmokeOnTheWater folder for the Settings.ini and add to scripts folder it worked for me now safes all you purchased

VitalityPlus+ [.net] v4.0, if you run both mods the automatic reload from game still happens any idea why
