it works most of the time and the ingame menu is pretty good. installing characters is pretty easy, too. my opinions on this mod:
PROS:
1. menu is very easy to use and is very nice
2. installing characters is very easy to memorize and do quickly, just drag and drop into the folder with OpenIV and use the exe to add the character, then start the game
3. the clothing options are very nice when an addon supports it

CONS:
1. it often breaks story missions, requiring you to switch into the intended character, assuming it doesnt fail your mission due to an error related to you being the wrong character. i was hoping it'd be more of a reskin type thing, where the game thinks youre that character but you dont look/sound like it. if you don't plan on playing the story missions, this is the perfect mod. otherwise, just gotta deal with the issues. unfortunately i was planning on playing the story with this mod.
2. changing characters clears your inventory
3. occasionally freezes the game permanently when switching to an addon character, forcing a game restart (thought it was a streaming model error, but it happened with a non-streaming model too. not sure if this issue is exclusive to addon characters)
4. the ai imagery in the exe look abysmal. it genuinely looks like a virus.
5. (i know this is a limitation but i will still comment on it here) the mod requires bordered fullscreen or windowed, which sucks because i can't figure out how to get the window to actually fit my screen size.

i like this mod. i like being characters i like from other stuff. it looks silly. i'll keep using it, but the freezing is very frustrating and i wish it worked better with story mode. considering how much ai stuff you plaster around, its a bit worrying to wonder how much of this mod is even human coded. the mod works most of the time, but the freezing really pushes it back for me, as well as the abundant ai usage. 3 stars is my final rating.
