@Ticklemyfungus - the mod does work with Remastered: Enhanced and Forests of San Andreas.

Here is my setup (not everything of course, I have more mods installed, but everything relevant should be mentioned here):

GTA V Legacy 1.0.3521.0, which is the latest one at the time of writing this comment

GTA Five: Apartment & Garage (SPA II) 2.0.5 - of course
IMPORTANT: uncheck "Enable Online Map" via "SPAII Setting.exe" or set "OnlineMap = False" in "modconfig.ini"

Now we need those online maps enabled for apartments to fully work, but not via SPA II. I've tested two options.

OPTION 1:
Simple Trainer for GTA V - version 17.2 in my case

Go to "trainerv.ini" and set "MpMap=0" to "MpMap=1". That's it.
Downside - it enables various garages and other properties, a lot of map blips.

OPTION 2:
Enable All Interiors - version 34.0

IMPORTANT: do not overwrite "iFruitAddon2.dll" and "config.ini" during installation.
Install with default options, no need to change anything in "EnableAllInteriors.ini".
Downside - mods by HKH191 are kinda janky, but this one works fine.
