@Zio Ark I'm not sure if this is a known bug but the rear number plate on both classic Blistas darken in direct sunlight https://i.imgur.com/5PghQxF.jpg but turn the car around and all is well. https://i.imgur.com/dZOa5bh.jpg
I haven't seen any other car with this problem so I doubt that Natural Vision and VisualV cause this.
Is it possible to change which garage you have with a medium house. I would prefer ether the 6 car garage or the two car garage.

@dfreeze I assume you use scripthook and not ragehook. Do you have other mods? Its just to see if you have others working.
@Hnagy78 Yeah both the .asi and the folder. If you have problems flying after like I did, edit the settings.ini for ignore_wind_mult and change the value from false to true.
@Unknown Modder You might want to alter the default settings.ini to ignore_wind_mult = true otherwise you cannot takeoff. In the default false you pull back to takeoff and the rear wheels will not lift off the ground. If you do manage to get sky side. (I used a bump and retracted the wheels.) When you lower the landing gear again you drop like a stone. If set to true all is well and my low fly skill Frankie can fly without turbulence.
@dfreeze Where are you dropping the files from this mod? They are meant to go in the gta install directory (the same place you put all .asi files and scripthook).
@Unknown Modder I've found the problem. When I load up i am playing as Franklin and he has a low flying skill in my save, so any custom character or other npc I change to as has the same low flying skill. I changed to Michael who has maxed flight and your mod works as intended. Might be a good idea to add that information to the description. Unless you can alter the file to work on low flight skill.
@Unknown Modder I can say that it has not completely eliminated the turbulence for me ether. It has reduced it, even tried altering the handling meta as well. All my files scripthook, scripthook dot net, native UI and Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 x64 are up-to-date.

I use vanilla override files in my mods folder. I thought this may do something, so I removed the override for mpsmuggler took the Nokota out and it still has turbulence. :/
