@InfamousSabre This is imo a must have mod.. I'd be happy to tinker with and update the meta files for the latest patch. could you send me a little detail on what needs to be done? I assume it's that the latest patch has updated the main weapons.meta.. is it just the ammo types and reward data that need to be fixed?
@420x420 thanks for the info-- normally the metas aren't located there, but people might have added them to that location for editing. if its in update.rpf it will override the one in the original location. I suggest everyone just to Ctrl-f3 and search for the two metas, its much easier and you can see if you should add them in update.rpf/dlc_patch
@DJHaK i think thats a part of zippo weapons overhaul mod, but i just saw this posted too https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/one-handed-bat-ripplers-vanilla-compatibility
@DJHaK hey dude, glad you like it! Feel free to add your videos to the page, I'll certainly watch them! I had a bunch of recordings but they got deleted accidentally. I'll upload some more boards soon
@Jridah I can share my meta edits to fix fp aiming for a lot of the weapons if you'd like. Also, for people with animation bugs, its most likely memory error/lag that can cause this. your rig might not accommodate the increased size of the models. The other thing that can cause this are certain meta edits. I have replaced almost every gun in the game, and Jridah's weapons are some of the most flawless replacements there are. People need to learn to install correctly, a weapon model replacement shouldn't ever crash the game.
best weapon pack on the site? i think so. The P90 is my fav. Forgot to rate this one, so here's your 5 stars. @Jridah
great update! no more disappearing shields! thank you @winject
We need a scripter to make a m203 grenade launcher script, would be pretty dope
@Nurrafael look at the posts above, I explained how to fix the aim with simple meta edits
@EpiKality The vanilla weapons.meta is located at (mods)update/update.rpf/common/data/ai, This one you'll edit for the carbine rifle. Extract it and edit it with notepad++, search/find the carbine rifle, then search for "FirstPersonScopeAttachmentOffset". Change the z value to "-0.0292" then save and replace it in OpenIV. The weaponspecialcarbine.meta is located at (mods)/update/update.rpf/dlcpatch/mpbusiness/common/data/ai. same deal as before, and change the z value to "-0.069350"
