I don't get the NSPM Bank at all. What are low risk and high risk accounts? What is? Could you explain me that thing?

Any chances you can make a random start for Michael/Trevor/Franklin? So we can skip the friggin Hospital and the 5k random fee?
I'm loving so far playing with this mod. But I'd love to nerf a bit the money that my territories gave to me, and speed up how other gangs upgrade their terrotories, because my territories are lvl 5, and almost everyone is lvl 0-2.
