I managed to get this mod to work by opening one of the vehshares in the oiv and exporting the dirt textures (vehicle_genericmud_car, vehicle_generic_tyrewall_dirt, vehicle_generic_glassdirt, roof_dirt) then copying the textures into the vehshare in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchdayg9ecng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ - seems like rockstar changed where the main vehshare is in a recent update
This mod does some things better than menyoo and some things worse however, there are two missing features that stick out and made me move back to menyoo. Firstly, you cannot spawn vehicles from vehicle packs (i.e. Vanillaworks, IVPack) from the addon vehicles list, you instead have to manually type the model name of the vehicle you want which is cumbersome. Secondly, there is no support for folders when accessing saved outfits and vehicles which is annoying if you have a lot of outfits or vehicles as there is no way to organise them. If this trainer had these features I'd switch to it in a heartbeat as this trainer has the potential to be better than menyoo and is improving with every update.
@kenjioshi yes the item is free but for some reason you have to add the item to your cart and check out where they ask you for your card details. I managed to bypass it by keyboard mashing random numbers which worked somehow
@JiggerJax Download the mod. Open the OIV file with 7zip or winrar. Open the content folder and copy the 'pres' file to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. Add the line <Item>dlcpacks:/pres/</Item> to the bottom of dlclist.xml in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data. The cars can now be spawned from a trainer

No longer works, it appears a recent update has changed how vehshare works since MiGGousT's dirt mod doesn't work either
No longer seems to be working
@scorpex you can fix that issue without changing any IDs by using ZolikaPatch V ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/zolikapatch-v-hq-reflections-crash-fixes-more ), it extends the number of vehicle IDs you can use

@okors I'd rather not enter my card details into some sketchy website for an item that should be free
@Zsavage1 paid mods suck
