@kwispyyy if you are installing dispatch V after Traffic V you are fine, it will overwrite, I put it there so people don't overwrite this mod files with my other mod's files.
@andersona7x6661 there are, give it time and visit different times, or try to convince residence of sandy shores to buy dlc cars :D
@rotishell playing with NVE? you need trainer (link in description) for dlc cars to work. Just copy and replace my mod files and make sure trainer is working in game.

@DilemmaZ I don't think it's my mod, my guess is some converted models/assets with codewalker method or modified gameconfig causing the problem (based on my experience with same problem)

stole? from which mods exactly? if you are accusing me of stealing then you MUST prove it. all contents of my mod are from rockstar game's GTA V Enhanced models and files, nothing 3rd party was added, because they won't work, even with codewalker's convert method, they cause random crashes and bugs. (Go check models in my rpf with their counterpart of original game's models and you will see they are same) Police Granger is Sherrif2 with police livery, Sheriff maverick is polmav with sheriff livery, FIB cruiser is police4 for FIB, SWAT ped models are all the NOOSE with different textures, FIB peds are vanilla game's, so I really don't get what was stolen when I did use own game's models and modified textures/liveries and added as new entities to be usable.
@GTA Champion Checked and it does not happen with these mods: NVE Enhanced + Forests of San Andreas + V Remastered + City lights and my mod. probably one\some of your mods isn't fully compatible with enhanced version or using more than Game's current pool size. Maybe fixable by a better gameconfig or maybe not, must be checked by that mod's author or using some future gameconfig release which push Enhanced version to it's max potential. My mod has its own gameconfig which is not based on max potential but better balanced/higher pools than NVE.
