This mod will modify Dispatch System and adds some new cool features.
My custom Traffic V FEAR Edition built for this mod is already included

Be wary that my Mod uses modified gameconfig.xml
List of features:
All Police Cars and Peds (Male/Female) will spawn as ambient cars and respond to wanted levels
Added new Police Granger to LSPD
All Sheriff Cars and Peds (Male/Female) will spawn as ambient cars and respond to wanted levels
Added new Sheriff Maverick Helicopter to LSSD with working spawn and dispatch
Sheriff Granger Livery and color changed to be like Sheriff Cruiser
Sheriff Granger Siren sound changed to be same as Sheriff Cruiser
Working FIB Cars and Peds which will respond on 5 Stars
FIB Buffalo will come with 2 passengers instead of 4 (same as cop and sheriff cars)
Added new FIB Cruiser
FIB peds shout as FIB agents
Annihilator with SWAT Team will be dispatched on 4-5 Stars
Small changed LSPD SWAT which dispatch on 4 Stars in City Area
Added new LSSD SWAT which dispatch on 4 Stars in County Area
Added new FIB HRT which dispatch on 5 Stars
Full Fleet Army will hunt you when you trespass into Army Base
Army Helicopters Valkyrie on 3-4 Stars, Annihilator Stealth on 4 Stars and Savage on 5 Stars will respond when you trespass Army Base
Cops, Sheriffs and FIBs will have body armor when you see them wear Kevlar
All SWAT (LSPD,LSSD,FIB) have full body armor
All LSPD, LSSD, FIB peds will try to drag injured allies to safety based on the situation
Dispatch time of response modified a bit for better realism
Most crimes must be witnessed and reported by peds (call 911 via phone)
For more Realism pickup weapons/utilities on the ground no longer flashing white

You need to make change or replace "dlclist.xml" file of NVE mod

@fear2105 Got it, I'm sorry for blaming your mod for this. Now I'm going to dig into my mods to find out what it's all about
Dude really stole a bunch of old police car mods and included them in his mod
stole? from which mods exactly? if you are accusing me of stealing then you MUST prove it. all contents of my mod are from rockstar game's GTA V Enhanced models and files, nothing 3rd party was added, because they won't work, even with codewalker's convert method, they cause random crashes and bugs. (Go check models in my rpf with their counterpart of original game's models and you will see they are same) Police Granger is Sherrif2 with police livery, Sheriff maverick is polmav with sheriff livery, FIB cruiser is police4 for FIB, SWAT ped models are all the NOOSE with different textures, FIB peds are vanilla game's, so I really don't get what was stolen when I did use own game's models and modified textures/liveries and added as new entities to be usable.

@fear2105 I wasn't accusing you of stealing game code or anything, I thought the Sheriff Granger, Sheriff Maverick, and Police granger models were identical to past mods that showcased it. Sorry for my misunderstanding :(

Hey your mod is awesome! But I encountered a problem related to the garage, I couldn't open the garage and it kept stuck there like the character keeps trying to lift up the door to the garage forever.

One question, is there a way to fix the infamous sheriff lights bug(which happens because of visual mods like NVE and so on)? This bug makes the police cruiser and sheriff cruiser display orange/light blue lightbar colors instead of red/blue (like it should be).
I do know how to fix this on legacy version of the game, but not on Enhanced.
hey, so I got a question. I installed NVE, Lively World Expansion and your Traffic V FEAR Edition. It all works properly but I´d like to download this mod. Now you´ve said in the beginning of the description that one shouldn´t install both mods. How do I delete Traffic V to safely install this mod without disrupting NVE and LWE?
@kwispyyy if you are installing dispatch V after Traffic V you are fine, it will overwrite, I put it there so people don't overwrite this mod files with my other mod's files.
@fear2105 I installed the mod with my NVE and the police peds arent moving in their vehicles or stepping out their frozen. And also for some reason they don't see me unless I shoot at them.
I'm playing on Enhanced btw.

Hi, the mod is nice, but there's no changelog of what you changed in version 1.2. I think you forgot to include it in the description. Also, there's no mention of 1.2v in Redme, and the update list has a typo:
