Install OpenIV and then..
go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data open dlclist.xml and make sure to click on edit mode on the top right side in front of the address bar.
add the line:
<Item>dlcpacks:/designer_house/</Item>
now save it and close it and play the game reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
@HardCoreRabbit Have you tried removing them with menyoo or any other trainers?
