@maommw you need to delete the Files inside of road.rpf which can be find in the NVE.RPF file:)
@sjaak327 correct
@sjaak327 Rockstar Games has Limit of 250 Color section. So if you use the mod from GreenAid or My Mod it will be that you can't add more colors to it.

@sqwader96 thats wrong. if you use NVR then first try to replace the vehicles texture in there textures folder ;)
