then you get prices like 30$ for a retexture for a platform that says in their TOS that making money as 3rd party is against the TOS

Hello there! The mod works very well and looks great overall, It also doesn't cause any FPS drops however there are weird green textures on the tarmac. I noticed it in my game and also Robo Mods' tutorial. It is very subtle however it is easily noticed.
