    i forgot, delete all files from meta.rpf in nve folder, i don't know why but it make trees low quality

    oki find, for all people who have NVE, don't darg and drop files from "4k vegetation" on "x64i.rpf", its useless, go to "\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\NVE\dlc.rpf\x64" and drop files, and after, go to content.xml of "\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\NVE\dlc.rpf\" and delete all text and paste this <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

    hello can u pls make a patch to allow access to fib building, and the arcade, when we leave the arcade with nve, or nvr the "visionha" is bizarre the map is dark, and we have the same problem when leaving the submarine, i know where its lock, the file "timecyclemods.asi" of natural vision is the problem, but in the ini file we can't change anything to solve this problem
