UPDATE 1.2
-Fixed the mod working on missions, disabled now to prevent messing up mission outfits or anything else.

@VX1911 I'd really love to see this develop further with more values, I still don't feel like the Inertia values work, would also love to see some drag added
Of course this are not requests, just wishes being expressed, this mod is great as it is now
But I still feel like that slugginess of the original IV vehicles is something that it lacks, and it's probably the drag and the other inertia values that make the vehicle harder to accelerate and harder to stop
UPDATE 1.5
-Now gangs will react to the player carrying a weapon in front of them, and they will confront the player about it, prompting the reaction system I showcased in here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxPmIrpgaBc

@andre500 Newest version kinda broke the mod, my mods that were compiled with 4.0 ain't loading with 5.0.
@VX1911 Settings save, but they don't load upon game restart, it loads into the default values.
Also, please, a setting to only enable it on the player my dude
@VX1911 Would love to see inertia added to the settings, is the only thing missing to make this perfect
