the US Mint Police is a police force dedicated to the US Mint production facilities and that treasury stuff
Humane labs (what you are talking about it seems) has nothing to do with that, those are private laboratories and this is a Treasury police dept
I know there's not any treasury or mint facilities/buildings in gta v but it doens't matter
