Seriously, change the name of this mod to "Albino Franklin", he really looks like an African-American albino. And people won't complain about racism (nah, they still will)
Great mod, love it! But I have a feeling that it's slightly easier to escape from military on 5 stars than from cops on 3 stars now. Cops kept spawning around me non-stop, but military was really easy to avoid, so once they lost me I was never found (I was in the city, on the road). How about increasing a number of cops that spawn around you?

I saw in your video that Vigilante mission grant you immunity from the Police, or is it just for the sake of demonstration? As I recall in all GTAs you were just a normal human being in the cop car so cops came after you and that made these missions much harder sometimes.
Also, is it possible to spawn some bad guys that are running out of a shop or a bank and THEN jump in their car? It can create some immersion, I believe.
