AS OF VERSION 2.8 BAKAMANIA'S AWESOME SOUND MOD WILL BE REQUIRED!

Welcome to Ripplers Realism I found many weapon mods for gta 5 to be a little off if you feel the same way then this might be what you are looking for in this mod every single firearm and launcher has been tweaked as well as a few vehicles to feel more immersive and responsive and more reflect their real life counterparts. This has many unique features but here are some of them:

-grenade launcher rounds explode on impact instead of that stupid bounce
-higher rates of fire for all weapons, bolts and slides cycle much faster they no longer look like there in slow motion
-more realistic recoil guns feel very responsive
-realistic muzzle velocity,damage and range depending on caliber and barrel length requiring much more skill to hit targets especially moving ones ( this applies to npc's as well)
-added muzzle effects to weapons that didn't have them the barrel will smoke for a longer time after sustained fire
-increased range for weapon light and gave it a real UV color
-low velocity rounds will do far less damage to body armor then before
-optional files such as bullet penetration, heavy shotgun conversion and a few more.

And much more has been done hope you enjoy this mod I spent alot of time on it this mod will be expanded upon as time progresses and my knowledge grows of the games code much is planned so stay tuned !!!!!!! You can find all the installation details in the README file that comes with the download as of V1.8 the installation process is an absolute snap and is much less time consuming.

FULL CHANGELOG INCLUDED WITH THE DOWNLOAD BE SURE TO READ IT IF YOU WANT TO SEE EVERYTHING THAT'S BEEN DONE IT'S QUITE A LARGE LIST SO ITS WITH THE DOWNLOAD.


NOTE: There is currently an issue with completing the mission Nervous Ron the lights cannot be shot out in that mission because of the changes I made to the Sniper Rifle.My mod does not effect light shooting (in fact it increases the range it can be done) in the rest of the game its only a problem with this mission. Credit to Anach for discovering this.

    Alright everyone I know many of you have been on my case for not updating this mod with the new Mp Biker content, but I finally updated this mod and it should be up shortly. The main changes obviously are the additions of the new MpBiker firearms to my mod with all the usual modifications I do to weapons and also several bug fixes the homing launcher works again and the vehiclelayouts.meta no longer creates cars with nobody spawning in them also new weapons were added to that file. As per usual if you own a pirated version of the game I cannot help you with that because I do not know that versions issues, you will have to troubleshoot yourself if you own a pirated version. With all that being said I don't play this game much at all these days but people have been kind to me so here is an update enjoy it !!!!!!

    @rippler man As I do so that I can buy or stay with the weapons online mode because now I can only stay with the gun 1 shot when I save and charge can I use again but the others can not there is some mod that makes me able to stay With all the weapons of online mode? I have the update 1.39 I can get them with the enhanced native trainer but I keep game and when loading I do not have them!

    @Rippler I got it to work and I don't mind the ammo capacities anyway, there the real life capacities or if not more balanced.

    @DionardoX Try saving in another location could solve the issue. I do not know why that would happen though they should stay in your inventory when you save you might also be able to save the settings on the trainer itself. Anyway maybe rephrase your question as I am slightly confused still I want to help but I am having a little bit of difficulty understanding your post. Either way I really want to say thank you for that fantastic rating means a lot have a good one.

    @Rippler of course!I'm sorry I do not speak English and I use the translator, I mean I can not buy all the weapons in the online mode in campaign mode and I have the 1.39 reloaded update, when I use the enhanced native trainer 32 to get me all the Weapons of the game, give them to me !, but I keep heading and loading it I do not have all the weapons just the majority, but thanks to your mod I do not remove 1 weapon that is the gun of 1 single shot! When I charge, what I mean is that your mod adds all the weapons of the online mode in the campaign mode !?

    @DionardoX My mod modifies all the firearms yes that is true every single one but you cannot buy all of them in the store. The only way to use some weapons is with a trainer but yes I modified all the online only weapons if that is what your asking they are part of the mod. I am sorry you cannot keep them when you save but I cannot fix it that is not a problem with my mod sadly that is a default game issue. So yes unfortunately you will just have to spawn them every time I do not know all the issues with version 1.39 either so it is hard to give a solid answer. I do not have this issue and never have so I know for a fact it is not my mod causing it.

    So, is that the reason why "Buy mp weapon at ammu-nation mod" still isn't exist?
    Because if we freely enjoy mp-weapon in story mod, they can't gain from their shark cards?

    Oops, sorry for a pointless complaint.
    I just wanted to enjoy realistically tweaked dlc weapon with realistic way (=not using trainer)

    @Grandcentury Yeah that's definitely part of the reason the other part is all the scripting that would go into making them available at ammunation plus you have to make custom slots for the guns to work in SP for the online weapons which can be done but it would take a TON of work for that many weapons. Don't worry about making a pointless complaint I don't think it is and thank you very much for that rating and glad you like the mod.

    @Rippler HOLY SH!T, Best mod ever... not even kidding! You keep up the good work man! I just love how everything works in this mod the recoil of guns, the amount ammo guns have, the effects and so much more! If it wasn't for this mod, I probably wouldn't playing gta as much as I did before. Thank you so much for making such a great mod! 5 STARS!! ;)

    @Original_BiH Wow I really appreciate that, makes my effort into this kind of work worth while so thank you. I will keep up the good work when I can, I plan on modding Red Dead Redemption 2 when it comes to the PC in awhile so that will be my next big project. Anyways thanks for the awesome rating and glad your enjoying the mod.

    this mod looks great and I've managed to install some of the optional parts but I'm having trouble installing the main mod as I cannot drag and drop in open iv can you talk me through how to install this mod without simply dragging and dropping the update.rpf folder thank you in advance.

    Really cool mod!
    The bullets penetration through materials is only managed into the 'material.dat' or is it attached also to an another file ?
    Actually, I would like to revert only this part of the mod.
    Any advice (or even the original file because I got some issues with my backup) ?

    @FryTHF Really means alot giving me that rating thank you very much. So to answer your question yes the material penetration is controlled entirely by materials.dat except for glass and peds so if you want to remove that part of the mod simply don't use my materials.dat file and use the default one instead hope that helps you out.

    @jokahr It could be because you do not have edit mode enabled in OPENIV only reason I can think of why it would not be able to be dragged and dropped. Get back to me and I will help more if I can.

    Hey Rippler....in light of the recent takedown of OpenIV....is it still going to be possible to update this to continue working? Straight up livid at the moment hearing this **** quite frankly and shocked simultaneously....just out of the blue, **** you pay me and enjoy the ky!

    @LazyAmerican To be completely honest I do not know as I haven't worked on this mod for a few months I just try to answer peoples questions on the site when I can. I did so much work on this mod in prior months I exhausted my interest in it. I may update in the future and I am DEFINITELY doing this type of mod for Red Dead Redemption 2 when it's released for the PC. I do not know the current situation for OPENIV if what you say is true it would be extremely difficult and almost not worthwhile to work on the mod without because it converted all the unreadable files to .txt readable documents without that even the most minor changes will be a massive task because when I do updates its usually a huge change I don't like doing little patches here and there. So yeah I may update if it's needed and still possible not ruling it out at all but right now the mod doesn't need it I don't believe. Feel free to respond back and let me know what you think.

    @LazyAmerican Okay I just read the news about OPENIV wow I am truly shocked ( not really ) that Take Two went to those steps to close it down unbelievable. I honestly cannot say if modding will be possible at this point probably but it will be extremely difficult. Either way truly depressing news they are trying to rake in all that missed profit from mod downloads simple as that ( as if DLC content wasn't profitable enough ) I believe Bethesda is doing the exact same thing. We'll see where things go I am not sure at this point but it doesn't look good.

    @Rippler Yeah, and I'm not sure if anyone will ever make a U-100 Weapons Mod that'll replace the Combat MG, despite June 14....
