Here's the best hitman mod you can find for this game.
According to the original author MrCrumbs: JavelinV is a Hitman/Assassination script which's missions are written and stored entirely in XML. This allows the people, YOU, to write your own assassinations and share them with others.

I have taken over the mod over the years, changing some things, fixing it's functioning, and adding on top of what he did previously.
USAGE
Press DELETE to start the missions (can be changed in the ini).

-Driving hits
-Boat hits
-Mansion hits
REQUIREMENTS
- ScripthookV
- ScripthookVDotNet
- NativeUI
- Ifruitaddon2
- Open interiors (Some interiors are used in some missions)

@IHATEGTA5 Navigate to the JavelinV folder an delet "single hits" from the JavelinVmissionReferences File, and anything you might not want, names are kinda clear.

got this error iFruitJailbreak.GlobalsVersionException: failed to download the global-index database
from GitHub (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sruckstar/iFruitJailbreak/main/ifruit_globals.ini).
Unable to connect to the remote server. could this just be included in the download here instead?August 02, 2026 -

On update 12, "contractor" doesn't appear on my phone as a contact, already installed ifruit jailbreak, you can activate the missions with a key, but that's not as inmersive.

@Trancenath91 Ifruit Jailbreak contacts appear near the default game contacts, if you're looking for them at the end near the Ifruitaddon2 contacts, you're not going to find it, if you can start the mod with a key and it's working, the contact is there, otherwise the script would crash.

@Trancenath91 yes my man, MPMale compatibility has been in the mod since version 8, eitherway, I have never exactly playtested it myself with MPmale but I've known some people that play with it and it works

Hi, I tested it and the contact appears as you said with the main chars but mp male it doesn't, I'm just talking about the ifruit jailbreak version. I will stick to the previous version meanwhile. Thanks!!!!

is there a way to increase payouts and increase the wanted level you get from a successful hit?

@thalilmythos Yo wassup. There's something I think should be an option. I tried to go one by one on the XML file but it will take forever to ajust all the missions. You should had like an ini to change the money we get from the hit. Because I fw your mod but the payout is too low. Like you can add by categories (LowLevel Gangster, MidLevel...and mission type etc) or just a simple multiplier. Tell me what you think.

@wvssuptokyo Nope, this mod is not mine, I just decided to edit it because it was too good and the author dissappeared, I'm not going to go above and beyond for it, what I have done is enough, I understand your suggestion and it's a good one, I would bother if the mod was mine, but this ain't mine, I just liked the chance to do all of the hits.

@thalilmythos i read one of your comments where you said to install an earlier version of ifruit jailbreak, it worked, i dont crash anymore

UPDATE 12
- Now targets will flat out FLEE the spot when the player is sniping, previous fix would make them stand around and do nothing making the hits easy pickings which was a mistake.
- Mod has been adapted to Ifruit Jailbreak and now it's necesary to have it to use it: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/ifruit-jailbreak-sending-sms-and-emails
